Listening to your podcast this week, laughing my ass off. I read medical records all day long at work, and the part about wanna have a problem bitches, and doctors giving up and just naming something to make them happy is soooooo true. Those are fun charts to read. Almost as fun as the drug seekers. :)
do you flag them like you do drug seekers? (also, https://www.facebook.com/buttercupofdoom.podcast/)
What gets me are the prescription drug commercials or, to be exact, the existence of them. I shouldn’t have to ask a doctor about whether a certain drug is right for me. If I go to the doctor I like to think they have the knowledge and the researching skills to determine what I need. I wouldn’t be surprised to see doctors walking around with a bunch of pharmaceutical sponsor patches on their white coats like a nascar driver in the future.
ohhhh i love the sponsor patches visual!!! and yes, i shouldn’t have to ask if something is right, it’s THEIR job to know, not ours… (you should come post this on https://www.facebook.com/buttercupofdoom.podcast/)
